About me

I am a medical anthropologist with a training in ethnographic methods and material semiotics. My work focuses on care practices and subjectivities - which I have previously studied in relation to ageing and dementia, end-of-life, and intensive care and COVID19.

On this page you can read about projects I am currently involved in, and any past projects I have worked on.

The artworks on this page were made by Lou Bettina Klein in conversation with my ethnography on the good life with dementia.

About me: Welcome

I am committed to collaboration between universities and health care education and practice, but also between disciplines. I have highlighted the collaborative elements of my work across the projects I have been engaged in here
